Terms of use, privacy, fair housing, and the disclosures New York requires of a licensed brokerage. Plain language wherever the law allows it.
By accessing RapidEliteBrokers.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Rapid Elite Brokers LLC ("we," "us," "our") may update these terms at any time; the version posted here governs your use, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
Informational purposes only. This Site describes our services and the history of the Rapid Realty brand. Nothing on it is an offer to buy, sell, or lease real property, nor an offer of brokerage representation. No broker–client relationship is created by browsing the Site, submitting the contact form, or emailing us. A representation relationship begins only when both parties sign a written agreement.
Not legal, tax, or financial advice. Content about renting, buying, selling, or leasing in New York — including the "Renting 101" material — is general information, not advice for your situation. Laws and market conditions change. Consult a qualified attorney, accountant, or lender before acting.
Accuracy. We work to keep the Site accurate but make no warranty that it is complete, current, or error-free. Historical figures about Rapid Realty NYC describe the franchise network as it existed between 2005 and 2018 and are provided for context, not as a representation of present-day operations.
Acceptable use. You agree not to scrape, mirror, or systematically extract Site content; interfere with its operation; attempt unauthorized access; use it to send unsolicited commercial messages; or use it for any unlawful or discriminatory purpose.
Third-party links. Links to outside sites are offered as a convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.
Disclaimer of warranties. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rapid Elite Brokers LLC and its members, agents, and employees will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York.
What you give us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive what you choose to send: name, email address, phone number if provided, the type of help you're after, the area you're interested in, and your message. That's it — we don't ask for financial information through this Site.
How the form works. The contact form composes a message in your own email application. Nothing is transmitted to us until you press send in that application, and the Site does not store a copy.
How we use it. Only to respond to you and to provide brokerage services you've asked about. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not add you to a marketing list without your consent, and any message we send will include a way to opt out.
Sharing. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our email provider), with a landlord, owner, or counterparty when you have asked us to act on your behalf, or where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights.
Cookies and analytics. This Site is built to work without behavioral advertising trackers. If we add analytics, it will be a privacy-respecting, aggregate measurement tool, and this section will say so. Your browser's Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are honored.
Retention. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to meet record-keeping obligations New York imposes on licensed brokerages, then delete it.
Your rights. You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@RapidEliteBrokers.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Children. The Site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Rapid Elite Brokers LLC fully supports and complies with the federal Fair Housing Act, the New York State Human Rights Law, and the New York City Human Rights Law. We do not discriminate, and we will not accept an instruction to discriminate, on the basis of race, color, religion or creed, national origin, ancestry, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, familial status, marital or partnership status, pregnancy, disability, military or veteran status, lawful source of income, lawful occupation, immigration or citizenship status, status as a victim of domestic violence, or any other class protected by federal, state, or local law.
Source of income. It is illegal in New York to refuse a tenant because they intend to pay with a housing voucher, subsidy, or other lawful source of income. We honor that, without exception.
Reasonable accommodation. If you need a reasonable accommodation or modification because of a disability at any point in working with us, tell us and we will arrange it.
If you believe you have experienced housing discrimination, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the New York State Division of Human Rights, or the New York City Commission on Human Rights. New York State's Fair Housing Notice and the Housing Discrimination Disclosure Form are provided to every consumer we work with.
Required of every licensed New York brokerage under Real Property Law § 442-h for prospective homebuyers. Filed with the New York Department of State.
We do not require prospective homebuyers to show identification before beginning to work with them. We may ask for identification later in a transaction where a landlord, seller, lender, or law requires it.
We do not require a prospective homebuyer to sign an exclusive brokerage agreement before we will show them a property.
We do not require a mortgage pre-approval or pre-qualification letter before showing a property. A seller may require one before accepting an offer, and we recommend obtaining one early because it strengthens your position.
Rapid Elite Brokers LLC is an independently owned and operated real estate brokerage licensed by the State of New York, license № 10991220735. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a franchisee of any other brokerage or franchise network.
Agency relationships. Before working substantively with you, New York requires that we present the Disclosure Form for Buyer and Seller, or the equivalent Tenant and Landlord form, explaining whether we act as your agent, the other side's agent, a dual agent, or a dual agent with designated sales agents. We will explain each option and obtain your acknowledgment in writing.
Compensation. Brokerage fees are negotiable and are never set by law, by any board or association, or by any multiple listing service. Any fee owed by you will be stated in writing and agreed before you incur it. Where the owner or landlord pays our compensation, we will tell you so.
Rental fees. Rental broker fees and application charges are governed by New York law, including statutory limits on application fees and background-check charges. We will disclose every charge in writing before you pay anything.
Complaints. Consumer complaints about a licensed real estate broker may be filed with the New York State Department of State, Division of Licensing Services.
